1. Introduction
Welcome to NMP Wedding (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing this website or booking our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern the use of our website and our wedding photography, videography, cinematography, pre-wedding, album, and related event media services.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or book our services.
2. Our Services
NMP Wedding provides creative wedding and event services, including but not limited to:
Wedding Photography
Wedding Videography / Cinematography
Candid Photography
Pre-Wedding Shoots
Bridal / Couple Portrait Sessions
Wedding Albums / Photo Books
Highlight Films / Teasers / Reels
Drone Coverage, where legally permitted
Wedding styling / event media coordination, where included in a package
All services are subject to availability, event logistics, venue permissions, weather conditions, travel constraints, and the package agreed with the client.
3. Booking & Confirmation
A booking is confirmed only when:
the client accepts our quotation, proposal, invoice, or agreement; and
the required booking amount or retainer is paid.
Until both are completed, the date remains open and may be offered to another client.
3.1 Retainer / Advance
A non-refundable booking retainer may be required to reserve your date.
The retainer is applied toward the total package value.
The balance payment schedule will be specified in your quotation, invoice, or service agreement.
4. Payments
All prices are quoted in [CAD / INR / as applicable], unless otherwise stated.
Full payment must be made according to the agreed payment schedule.
Deliverables may be withheld until outstanding balances are cleared.
Additional services, overtime, extra edits, albums, travel, accommodation, taxes, or special requests not included in the original package may be billed separately.
4.1 Late Payments
We reserve the right to:
pause editing or delivery work
reschedule non-event services
charge reasonable late fees where permitted by law
cancel unconfirmed services in case of prolonged non-payment
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Postponement
5.1 Client Cancellation
If the client cancels a confirmed booking:
the booking retainer remains non-refundable
any work already completed, travel booked, or third-party expenses incurred may also be chargeable
any refundable amount, if applicable, will be determined after deducting such costs
5.2 Rescheduling / Postponement
If the event is postponed:
we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the new date
rescheduling is subject to team availability
if the new date is unavailable, the booking may be treated as a cancellation unless otherwise agreed in writing
5.3 Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
natural disasters
severe weather
travel restrictions
pandemics
government orders
venue restrictions
civil unrest
illness, accidents, or equipment loss caused by extraordinary circumstances
Where possible, we will work in good faith to reschedule, substitute team members, or provide an alternate solution.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
provide accurate event details, timelines, contact numbers, and venue information
obtain necessary permissions from venues for photography, videography, drone use, lighting, and music performance where required
inform us of any religious, cultural, venue, family, or privacy restrictions in advance
designate a point of contact or family representative for coordination on the event day
ensure key people are available for scheduled shots where applicable
obtain consent from any person whose privacy requires special handling, where necessary
We are not responsible for missed moments caused by delays, poor coordination, late arrivals, venue restrictions, uncooperative guests, or inaccurate information provided by the client.
7. Artistic Style & Creative Discretion
By booking NMP Wedding, the client acknowledges that:
they have reviewed our portfolio and understand our visual style
all photographs, films, edits, framing, music treatment, sequencing, color grading, and final storytelling are delivered in our creative and professional judgment
we do not guarantee exact replication of Pinterest references, social media references, or work created by other studios
editing style, shot selection, and final curation remain at our discretion unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing
8. Coverage Limitations
We will make reasonable efforts to capture all important moments, but we do not guarantee capture of every single guest, pose, ritual, speech, or candid moment.
Coverage may be affected by:
event delays
lighting conditions
weather
venue rules
crowd interference
schedule changes
safety restrictions
technical limitations beyond reasonable control
9. Equipment, Team & Subcontracting
We may assign photographers, cinematographers, editors, assistants, drone operators, or associated professionals as part of our team to deliver the booked services.
We reserve the right to substitute personnel of similar competence if required due to illness, emergency, or operational necessity.
10. Drone Footage
Drone coverage, if offered, is subject to:
local laws and aviation regulations
weather and safety conditions
venue permissions
airspace restrictions
operational feasibility on the day
If drone coverage becomes impossible for legal or safety reasons, this shall not be considered a breach of contract.
11. Delivery of Photos, Videos & Albums
11.1 Delivery Timelines
Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated in your package, quotation, or project communication. Timelines may vary depending on:
season and workload
event scale
number of functions
album selection and approval delays
revision requests
public holidays
client response times
All delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
11.2 Format of Delivery
Deliverables may include one or more of the following:
online gallery
downloadable drive / cloud folder
USB / hard drive, if included
edited highlight film, teaser, or cinematic film
album design previews and printed albums
11.3 Raw / Unedited Files
Unless explicitly included in writing:
RAW photos, unedited footage, project files, audio stems, and working files are not included in standard packages
NMP Wedding retains sole discretion whether to release such material
11.4 Album Approval Delays
Where album design approval is required:
the client must review and approve proofs within a reasonable time
delays in approval may delay final album production and delivery
12. Revisions
Unless otherwise included in the package:
minor revision rounds may be offered for album layouts or selected deliverables
substantial re-editing, style changes, soundtrack replacement, or repeated revisions may incur additional charges
13. Copyright & Usage Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
all photographs, videos, films, edits, reels, designs, and related creative work remain the intellectual property of NMP Wedding / Nisarg Media Production
the client receives a personal, non-commercial license to use the delivered content for personal viewing, sharing with family and friends, and posting on personal social media with reasonable credit where possible
clients may not sell, commercially license, alter for commercial use, submit to vendors for resale, or claim authorship of our work without written consent
13.1 Vendor / Commercial Use
Wedding planners, makeup artists, decorators, venues, brands, publications, influencers, or any third party wishing to use our content for promotion, advertising, publication, or commercial distribution must obtain our prior written permission.
14. Permission to Use Images / Portfolio Use
Unless the client requests otherwise in writing before or at the time of booking, NMP Wedding may use selected images, videos, reels, and excerpts from the event for:
portfolio display
website galleries
Instagram / social media
blogs and features
advertising and promotional materials
award submissions or studio showcases
If the client requires strict privacy or no-public-use, this must be communicated in writing before final booking. We may, at our discretion, offer a privacy-restricted arrangement or no-publication option.
15. Privacy Requests / Sensitive Events
We respect that weddings are personal events. If the client wants:
no social posting
delayed posting
no guest close-ups
exclusion of children
exclusion of certain family members
non-disclosure of venue/date details
the client must provide such instructions in writing before the event or as early as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to honor privacy requests, but we cannot guarantee control over content independently shared by guests, family members, vendors, or third-party platforms.
16. Client Conduct & Safe Working Conditions
We reserve the right to stop work, leave the event, or refuse service if our team faces:
abuse
harassment
unsafe conditions
intoxicated aggression
illegal activity
dangerous venue conditions
repeated interference with our work
In such cases, no refund may be due for the affected portion of services.
17. Meals, Travel & Accommodation
For extended wedding coverage, destination weddings, or multi-day events:
meals for the team may be requested
travel, transport, permits, and accommodation may be billed separately unless included in the package
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
NMP Wedding shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, emotional, or consequential losses
our liability arising from any booking shall be limited to the total amount actually paid by the client for the affected services
we are not liable for missed shots, delays, data loss, or partial non-performance caused by force majeure, venue restrictions, guest interference, or circumstances beyond reasonable control
In the unlikely event of total failure to provide contracted services due solely to our fault, our liability will generally be limited to a refund of amounts paid for the undelivered portion of services.
19. Data Loss / Backup
We take reasonable care in handling and storing event media. However, in the event of:
hardware failure
card corruption
accidental deletion
theft
third-party platform failure
force majeure
our liability shall be limited as stated in these Terms. We are not responsible for preserving delivered files indefinitely unless a separate archival arrangement is agreed.
Clients are strongly advised to download and back up delivered files promptly upon receipt.
20. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
copy or republish website content without permission
misuse forms or contact channels
upload malicious code or spam
infringe our intellectual property
impersonate another person or misrepresent event information
We may update, remove, or modify website content without notice.
21. Third-Party Links
Our website may include links to Instagram, partner services, maps, or other external websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or availability of third-party websites.
22. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which NMP Wedding / Nisarg Media Production primarily operates and contracts with the client, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.
For website users and clients in Canada, this may include applicable provincial and federal laws. For destination or international events, additional local legal requirements may apply.
23. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
